The Beggs Lab is engaged in innovative research in cancer genetics and genomics, cancer organoid models, and omics technology. Our main focus is on colorectal, oesophageal, lung cancers, and sarcomas.

The lab is involved in method development, including long read sequencing of the HLA complex, SNP allele sensing, and RNA Amplification.

Operating the next generation sequencing facility, we offer translational scientific analysis for numerous academic and commercial clinical trials.
